Question: Why didn't I received my tokens?
Answer: Upon payment, the token(s) will be sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account (which you have used for purchasing tokens/licenses). There is a small chance that there is a technical problem at paypal IPN server (Instant Payment Notification) for your transaction, so our service can't send your tokens immediately due third party server issues. Because of that there can be a delay of some minutes.
- Don't share your account information
- Don't flood the server with heavy requests
- Don't provide PIN / KEY codes to third-party (forums/internet/etc..)
or else your account get locked and NO REFUND!
